Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 21, 2026
WhatNexTx is built by therapists for clinicians who spend their days helping people regain function. We want everyone to be able to use our site and app, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice, that means we work toward:
-
Text with strong color contrast that can be enlarged without breaking the page
-
Descriptive text for images, including our logo and app screenshots
-
Forms with clear labels and helpful error messages
-
Menus, buttons and search controls that work with a keyboard alone
-
A layout that works on phones, tablets and computers
Where we are now
WhatNexTx is new and still growing. Our site is built on Wix, and we review new pages and features for accessibility as we add them. Some areas may not yet fully meet our goal, and we appreciate your patience while we improve them.
Tell us about a problem
If something on our site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please let us know:
-
Please include the page and a short description of the problem.
We aim to reply within 5 business days and will work with you to provide the information or feature another way while we fix it.
Terms of Use
Effective date: October 21, 2026
Welcome to WhatNexTx. These terms are an agreement between you and [your business name, or Steve Page] (“WhatNexTx,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using www.whatnextx.rehab (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. Not medical advice
WhatNexTx provides summaries of published research to support the professional judgment of health care clinicians. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations for any individual patient, and it is not a substitute for your clinical training, judgment or applicable practice guidelines.
You are solely responsible for the care you provide, including evaluating whether any intervention is appropriate, safe and within your scope of practice for a particular patient. Use of the Service does not create a provider-patient relationship between WhatNexTx and anyone.
2. AI-generated summaries
Evidence summaries are created with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Research also changes over time. Always review the cited sources before relying on a summary, and use your own professional judgment.
3. Who can use WhatNexTx
The Service is intended for licensed health care professionals and students in health care programs who are at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date.
4. Your account
-
Your account is for you alone. Don’t share your login or let others use your subscription.
-
Keep your password secure, and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
-
You’re responsible for activity on your account.
-
Team plans may be used only by the number of people the plan covers.
5. No patient information
Don’t enter any information that could identify a patient, including names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, addresses or photos. WhatNexTx is not designed to store protected health information, and we may delete any that is entered.
6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
-
Billing: paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, using the payment method you provide.
-
Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
-
Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
-
Refunds: If you’re unhappy, contact us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund.
-
Price changes: we may change prices. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before a change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Founding-member rates stay locked for as long as your subscription remains active.
-
Free plans: features and limits of free plans may change at any time.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
-
copy, scrape, resell, redistribute or publish content from the Service in bulk, or use it to build a competing product
-
use automated tools to access the Service, except as we permit
-
try to interfere with, hack or overload the Service, or get around usage limits
-
use the Service for anything unlawful or harmful
Sharing a summary with a colleague, or using it in your own patient documentation, teaching or in-services, is fine.
8. Ownership
WhatNexTx, including its software, design, logo, organization and summaries, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own professional work while your account is active. Published studies and other cited materials belong to their authors and publishers.
9. Your feedback
If you send us suggestions, topic requests or other feedback, we may use them to improve WhatNexTx without owing you anything.
10. Changes to the Service
We’re always improving WhatNexTx, so we may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we’ll let you know in advance.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WhatNexTx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decisions made or actions taken based on information in the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you’ve paid nothing.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless WhatNexTx from claims arising from your use of the Service, your clinical decisions, or your violation of these terms.
14. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any prepaid, unused time unless the violation was serious. Sections 1, 2, 8 and 11 to 15 continue to apply after an account ends.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we’ll update the effective date and notify subscribers by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
